FAQ

What type of paper and printing is used on your museum prints?

Our Giclée Prints are top of the line, museum quality prints that offer superior color, clarity, and longevity compared to traditional photographic and lithographic printing. We use the best printers in the industry and in combination with long lasting archival inks. Due to the large number of inks our printers use, our Giclée Prints have remarkably large color gamuts and offer superior image quality and depth.

We offer Giclée Prints made on the best paper available. Our Natural Museum Rag is a heavy 290g weight fine art paper that combines an archival 100% cotton with a subtle textured surface. Made in the USA of 100% cotton, our Natural Museum Rag is both acid and lignin-free.

Best of all, our Giclée Prints are made in the USA and made to last. Independent testing has shown the ink, printer, and paper combinations we use to produce our Giclée Prints will last for centuries! The standard archival life is over 100 years in home display (not in direct sun light). All prints are made direct from the Artists original painting and strictly limited to ONLY twelve (12) hand numbered and hand signed prints unless noted otherwise.

Do you sell anything framed ?

No. The cost of shipping and the increase in possible damage to the art is such that we do not sell or shipped framed items.

Is the framing going to be expensive?

It doesn't have to be. Currently, several framing companies offer "standard" size frames that fit our art without the need of more expensive "custom" framing. So you can frame to taste and budget.

How Do I Place an Order?

Payment and Shipping

Payment is through Paypal only. Shipping is through USPS only. Prints ship flat in a double sealed package. You pay actual material and shipping costs. We do not mark up shipping costs. USPS "Insurance" of $200 per item has ben included into the shipping costs.

Secure Ordering

The prints are available on a "first to pay, first to receive basis". Sometimes an item may show available but other orders were being placed by several people at the same time, in this case the item goes to the "first" order that was processed as complete. If we sell out during your attempt to place an order and we no longer have the item you want, we will happily provide the same buyer a refund through Paypal for all money pertaining directly to the item that became unavailable only.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not provide refunds. (unless you purchased an item that became "sold out" during your ordering process and was never shipped to you, in that case we will refund the amount pertaining to that item only)
